Iron Maiden - The Trooper
I just remember how much Maiden fucking rocks my socks off....I bought my first maiden CD (X-Factor) when I was in 5th grade from some used CD store.... I didn't even know who they were....wow, what a great moment in history for me

I don't actually own any of their albums, but they only have one (I think, an EP). My band played a show with them a couple years ago, and we became band friends. Even though it's been a while since I've seen any of the guys, I'm thinking they still know me by name (bragbrag). If you can find anything by them, get it (their EP/album was sold out for a while). They are going to play at the subterranean on March 10, and I plan on seeing them, so I can tell you more after that. They also have some dates with These Arms Are Snakes, which I am also really excited about. www.myspace.com/mapsandatlases is your best bet for more information.

Modest Mouse - Spitting Venom
Unlike every other review I have read, I think Johnny Marr is an excellent addition to the band
