Hi there. The Eagle Has Landed is a 2x12" vinyl compilation with about 20 bands on it, including At The Drive In, Don Caballero, Glorium, Smart Went Crazy, Watts Systems Ltd, Galaxian, Ethel Meserve, to name a few. Salient is an unusual At The Drive In recording from the Acrobatic Tenement days. It's a good comp and captures a pretty spectacular moment in the late 90s when underground bands still believed they would change the world and the internet hadn't messed things up too much. Write me an email at niksokol@gmail.com if you would like to order a copy of it. $8.

www.atdisongs.com is a spreadsheet of all ATDI recording sessions based in part on interviews with the band's recording engineers and members. It has some more details about where and when "Salient" and other songs were recorded.
