id say dk and operation ivy for my old school faves. some oldies i like: bad brains old bad religion minor threat and i love the clash oh yeah, and the first beastie boys shiznit. they do some pretty good punk
as for my "neo-punk" faves: rancid and old offsppring are my favorites i also like 88 fingers louie good riddance older AFI-i hated the art of drowning. i think theyre starting to take the same crappy route as offspring did. my favorite of theirs is shut your mouth and open your eyes. and very proud of ya old pennywise union 13 ] the vandals swingin utters ten foot pole and yup, thats all the punk stuff i listened to in highschool.

I don't have any of their albums, just some of their songs from comps I've bought or friends made me. Two of my favorites, "Orgasm Addict" and "What Do I Get?" are on their '78 album, "Singles Going Steady" or something like that. "What Do I Get" was actually used in a car commercial earlier this year, which was weird, 'cause it was the Buzzcocks, not Moby (Moby's alright, it's just that you can't watch TV for 30 minutes without hearing one of his songs in a commercial).

Heh, I just realized that when I type buzzc o c, k, s , it says buzzthingys. that sucks, what if I just wanna say who killed Cock Robin, or "The Cock Crows at Midnight"? I guess that rules out Cockfighting too, and what if you needed to cock your gun, what then?

I'd say that 70's British Punk is the greatest... bands like The Sex Pistols, Generation X, The Buzzc/oc\ks, the Stranglers... I like the older style better.

I've heard a couple of their songs on a compilation I have, they're from the UK punk scene, but they have a psychadelic edge to them, lots of organ, "Get a Grip on Yourself" and "No More Heroes" are my favorites.
