Pete De Freitas was the drummer for echo and the bunnymen for their self titled release...their most recent release had a drummer named michael lee...
apparently no drum machine, paranoid...

As far as I know, Paranoid's right... Echo was the drum machine... I didn't know they had a live drummer, though... I always liked the idea of Echo as the drummer

...ah, so there was a drum machine at one time named echo (that does make sense)...and yes, ozzy really is john...does anyone know why he's called "ozzy" cuz i really don't know? is it just a nickname for osborne? or does it derive from something else, like a middle name?
