for all of you who love the band Thursday, im making this thread to see if you think that "Jet Black New Year" is their best song? i was listening to it in my car earlier and i just realized that its definately their best fucking song. its got everything... the energy is there, the lyrics are nothing short of amazing and the emotion is off the charts... thoughts??

yeah, those are both really good songs... but my favorite from FULL COLLAPSE has to be standing on the edge of summer, i love the end of that song soo much. but if i had to pick from cross out the eyes and paris in flames, id pick pairs in flames also

JET BLACK NEW YEAR is really good, but for THURSDAY, i dig the slow/hard jams////they when it's all mellow"strumming" guitar, then the distortion set's in...
for war all the time
for the workforce, drowning (i relate to this song)
marches and maneuvers

for the workforce, drowning and marches and manuvers are two songs from that album that ive recently gotten into. when i first heard workforce, i didnt think it was anything special but after a few more listens i got into it. also, have you noticed that "tomorrow ill be you," is part 2 of jet black new year? its the more optimistic part of the two songs, just read the lyrics of both songs and make the connection...
