I was thinking that it would be awesome to sit down and throw a couple back with an artist you really admire, or love. So who would your pick be if you had the chance to do so? For me, I think it would be John Frusciante... I have become very fascinated with this dude lately, and it's mainly due to his solo releases that came out this year. I think that his solo work surpasses everything the Chili Peppers have ever done.

i don't know...i'd like to talk to the q and not u guys...syd from les savy fav was great to talk to before their show...
but in general, i have a hard time identifying with a lot of musicians...but then again, i'm a freak...

definetely either aphex twin or bjork...
for the reason that to me they have an interesting view on life, and you could ask them more than 'what are your influences' etc. etc.
but i also want to view the great omar close up - i know someone who's touched his fro

Depends what kind of drink...
If it was just sitting down for a quiet talk and drinkathon, I'd sit down for a bourbon, probably Wild Turkey, with your man BOB DYLAN.
If it was a rip-roaring tour through town on the prowl, I think the lads from THE THRILLS would be good craic.
