it's still RoC for me... imagine if they combined Vaya and RoC and made one super-album? it would be my favorite album ever without a doubt. to me, they belong together... anyone else agree?

i still think they belong together... i know that they sound different, but if you fuse them together it would be like vaya vs. RoC, i dont know, its hard to put into words what im thinking.

I have a very boring opinion that noone will care about so you probably shouldnt read, and I prebably shouldnt type, but I will anyway.
Basically I go though phases of loving each album the most, but because ROC was the first album I heard, and I loved it so much for so long, I'd have to say thats the all time favourite.

completely off topic (but ON topic if you look at the thread name), I would've chosen Vaya as my favorite album, but it was too short, that's it's only flaw. in/casino/out was perfect.

i'd rather something be too short than too long...leaving people wanting more is a good thing...

not when the band breaks up though. but sometimes it's good when bands break up...it was the right thing for atdi to do, or at least i've convinced myself of that now...

I guess that's a good attitude to have, since there's no chance of them getting back together. But it would've been interesting to see the progression continue in their next album, or maybe there would be no progression, who knows.

well, i think cedric and omar wanted to do something like what tmv is now doing and jim and friends wanted to do sparta stuff...basically, what i'm saying is that i can't imagine there ever being a follow up to roc, taking into consideration the members' personalities...it's sad, but i honestly don't know where they would have gone or if any of them would have been very happy with the direction...

Yes, sadly it seemed very natural for them to call it quits.
